CODES for the Front Gate, and the Mail Room will be changing soon; you will get the new codes by Email.

OCTOBER 4, 2023

LOOK OUT FOR FALLING BRANCHES!

General Tree will be on EVC property on Wednesday, October 4th to trim tree branches above units. Roof top required trimming of trees 10-ft above roof. Residents are responsible to remove any property on their patios/balconies and common areas to avoid any damage.

The dead maple tree on Powell by East-gate will also be removed. Grinding up of roots & replanting of new tree will be completed at later date per permit filed & approved by the City of Gresham.

DECEMBER 10, 2023

Boxes of ICEE MELT de-icer, have been placed at some of the front entry ways (under the stairs) to use on walkways and stairs.

SECURITY CAMERAS will be installed to cover the areas around the gates.

Additional cameras will be installed to cover specific dumpster areas and other locations.
